NamBid provides software for domain analysis, pricing support, buyer mapping, report generation, and outbound workflow management.

These terms apply to your access to nambid.com, the NamBid dashboard, and any related hosted services, APIs, previews, and support interactions.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your workspace.

If you create seats, organizations, or sender identities for teammates, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the platform or other users.

• •Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass service protections.
• •Do not use the product to send unlawful spam, deceptive outreach, or infringing content.
• •Do not submit content you do not have the right to process, store, or share.

Paid plans renew on the billing cadence shown during checkout unless canceled through the billing portal or another supported channel.

Plan limits, usage allowances, and subscription status are enforced at the workspace level. If payment fails, access to paid capacity may be reduced or suspended until billing is current again.

NamBid combines deterministic scoring with third-party model and enrichment providers. Generated outputs are operational aids, not guaranteed facts.

Legal-risk signals are cautionary heuristics only and do not constitute legal advice. You remain responsible for pricing, negotiation, trademark review, due diligence, and outbound decisions.

You retain your rights in the domains, notes, contact details, CSV uploads, prompts, and other material you submit to the service.

NamBid retains rights in the software, interface, branding, and platform content, excluding material you own and submit.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, a security issue exists, payment is overdue, or continued access could create legal or operational risk.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every output will be complete, accurate, or fit for a specific transaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NamBid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product, providers, billing flows, or legal requirements change. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page unless a later date is stated.
